We infuse our local wildflower honey + alfalfa varietal honey at a very low heat, with premium Persian saffron. This careful process imparts a rich earthy flavor into the honey. Time and patience ensures the integrity of the honey yielding one of our most decadent products.

This Specialty Reserve has been touted for it's abundant antioxidants,

Please note that raw honey will naturally crystallize and is perfectly edible. If you prefer your honey in a liquid state, loosen the jar lid and place glass jar in a bowl of hot water (not boiling), stirring until preferred consistency is achieved.
